Know the role of the interview
ESCP currently describes a motivational interview as the final admissions step for selected MiM candidates. Programme pages for specialised MSc degrees and the MBA describe personal interviews assessing motivation, fit and readiness. Make “international” concrete
International experience is not just a list of countries. Explain what changed when you worked or studied across cultures: how you adapted communication, handled different assumptions or learnt to make decisions without familiar context.
