Senior candidates are assessed on how they think.
At senior level, interviewers want more than a list of outcomes. They listen for how you sized up a situation, where you made a trade-off, how you influenced people and what you did when results were at risk. Your answer needs to show personal judgement without pretending you delivered everything alone.
What we prepare
- A concise leadership narrative that links your experience to the role you want;
- Examples that show business impact, difficult decisions, influence and people leadership;
- Clear explanations of scope: budget, team, stakeholders, commercial or operational responsibility where relevant;
- Questions about failure, conflict, change and decisions that did not go to plan;
- Senior-level motivation: why move now, why this company and what you would bring;
- Mock interview practice with direct feedback on clarity, detail and executive presence.
What the work looks like
You share the role brief, your CV and the process context. We identify the evidence that is genuinely strongest, sharpen the parts that are still vague and test answers against the questions a senior interviewer is likely to ask next. There is no “executive script”; the aim is to make your own judgement visible.
This is for an active interview process or a defined leadership opportunity. It is not generic leadership training or technical interview coaching.
Start with an honest assessment
In the free call, I will ask about the role, timing and what feels difficult. If a focused session is enough, I will say so. If the process needs more structured preparation, we can agree the work before you commit.
