Last updated: 11 August 2026

This notice explains how personal information is handled when you visit this website or choose to contact Giulio Famiglietti Career Coaching.

Who is responsible for your data

The data controller is Giulio Famiglietti, an independent career coach operating in Italy, tax code FMGGLI89C27D969F, VAT number IT14831550968. For any privacy question or request, contact g.e.famiglietti@gmail.com.

What information may be processed, and why

This website does not include a contact form or user account. If you choose to get in touch by email, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, Google Calendar or another linked service, Giulio may process the information you choose to provide, such as your name, contact details, career background, target role and interview timing.

This information is used only to reply to your request, assess whether coaching is a fit, arrange a call, provide the requested service and meet applicable legal or accounting obligations. The legal basis is generally the steps you ask Giulio to take before entering into an agreement, performance of an agreement where applicable, and legitimate interests in managing professional enquiries.

If coaching does not begin, enquiry information and any CV shared for an initial assessment are normally deleted within 12 months. For clients, coaching records are kept only for the period needed to provide the service and manage any follow-up. Invoices and accounting records are retained for the period required by applicable law. Please avoid sending unnecessary sensitive personal information when making an initial enquiry.

Some of these providers may process information outside the European Economic Area under their own contractual and transfer safeguards; please refer to their privacy notices for their current details.
