A good negotiation starts before the call.

Most people do not need a generic negotiation script. They need to decide what they are asking for, understand the evidence behind it, and prepare for the likely responses. We work from the exact situation you are in, including the role, offer, market context and priorities that matter to you.

What we work on

  • Clarifying your priorities, including base salary, bonus, equity, benefits, flexibility and timing;
  • Building a concise, evidence-based case for the outcome you want;
  • Choosing an appropriate ask and a realistic fallback position;
  • Writing the message or conversation outline in language that sounds like you;
  • Practising how to respond to pushback, delays or a final offer.

What you leave with

You will have a clear plan for the conversation, the words to open it, the points you need to support your request and responses for the questions you are most likely to hear. The goal is not to sound aggressive or rehearsed, it is to be prepared and credible.

This is coaching for the conversation itself. It is not legal, tax or financial advice.

When to get in touch

The best time is when an offer is expected or before you accept one, but preparation can still be useful when a promotion review or internal compensation discussion is approaching.
