What to adapt for each school

- Leadership evidence: choose examples appropriate to your career stage.
- International outlook: explain what you learnt across contexts.

Different programme families need different emphasis
MBA and Executive MBA
Expect closer scrutiny of career progression, leadership, impact, post-MBA goals and the return on a significant professional investment. The answer to “why now?” is especially important.
Master in Management
With less full-time experience, academic choices, internships, extracurricular responsibility, international exposure and clarity of potential become more important evidence.
Specialised MSc and Master's programmes
The application should demonstrate a credible reason for the field. Relevant coursework, projects, internships or independent work can establish interest even when your prior degree is different.
Use official sources, not recycled question lists
Admissions formats and prompts change. Before coaching, confirm the current instructions on the official website and in your application portal. Prepare from the exact programme, intake and application route you are using.
Build a sensible application portfolio
A strong portfolio is not simply “reach, target and safety” based on a ranking. Compare programme outcomes, recruiting geography, duration, total cost, scholarship options and whether the programme supports your intended transition. Then make each application strong enough to stand alone.
